Delivery time scales are dependent on the order value and location of the products ordered. For smaller items we may use a Royal Mail service, for all other items a courier service would be used.
Depending on the product and location as some items come from our suppliers, orders can take around 3 to 7 working days for delivery. International orders would be sent using a courier service which can take around 10-14 working days.
Tracking information is available for most packages sent via a courier service, if so, your tracking number will be sent out to you in the dispatch email. Though we try our best to ensure a swift delivery of your items, we cannot control the time it takes to receive your package.
If your package does not arrive by the estimated timescale, please feel free to contact us via email and we will investigate the matter for you with the delivery service provider.
The delivery fees may change where it is deemed necessary. Generally, UK shipping costs £5.99, though, on orders with a total over £75.00 free shipping can be applicable (if order is made online through the website). Overall, international shipping costs vary and are subject to change. Please note, that customers outside of the UK will incur extra charges (duties/taxes). You will be contacted via email or phone to pay the additional duty costs. Failure to pay these costs will result in the order being returned to us and the order being cancelled and refunded with a 20% administration fee.
Our Returns Policy sets out the information necessary to make a successful refund claim. WE want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the condition it was supplied in and in its original packaging. Items returned after the 30-day period, and to an unacceptable state of quality will not be accepted.
Available on our website is the returns form, which is a necessary part of the returns process you must complete and send with the items you wish to return and have refunded. To return an item you must fill out all the information, including the reason for return.
For your protection, where you are returning an item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service (tracking number and proof of delivery by signature). Once you have successfully returned an item, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. The refund will be credited to the payment card or PayPal account used for the original order.
